1920's Czech "lapis glass" has an embossed scarab design. After they opened King Tut's tomb in 1923 the world went bonkers for Egyptian style everything, from clothing to decor! So the Czech glass makers got busy. I've bezel set this scarab in fine silver with a textured sterling border on a hammered pewter back plate. The split ring shank is cast sterling silver. Wearable for men as well as women.
Glass measures 3/4 inch by 1/2 inch with the full setting 1 inch tall by 3/4 inch wide.
