At Bernadette's Handmade Jewelry I do all my own designing and fabrication. This is a true cottage industry with my studio in my Bozeman home. I love the Edwardian period and am heavily influenced by art nouveau and art deco styles. I work in mixed metals and incorporate many pieces of vintage glass from the early 1900's in my limited edition pieces.

The name for my jewelry company comes from my middle name. Much of the work I do has a vintage feel to it, so I thought adopting my middle name for the business would be appropriate because it's kind of vintage too.
When I'm not in the studio I like to grow and preserve food, tend my bees and chickens, hunt, travel, and read. |
